I need help dieting please help?

Bailey Lares: i wanted to know the same thing last year.. so i tried all sorts.. i 4got who, but someone recommended the Atkins Diet, people tell me that its a 'dangerous' diet, but hey, it worked for me ! its fairly strict to start with, but gets easier as you go along. do some research on it and if you like the sound of it, try it ! =D I did, and i dont regret it !
