does a thing such as good vegan blue cheese exist?

But check them out, they are good people and reliable.As for Italian Salad Dressing. If you make your own - you are fine. And almost all regular (not light or low fat) Italian dressings are vegan. But the reduced or no fat kind often have gelatin in as a thickener. You just have to read the label, some use carageenan or guar gum which are both vegan. You have to be careful anyway because there are many different flavors of Italian dressings on the shelves and some contain cheese.You can buy the little seasoning packets for Italian dressing and add the vinegar and oil of your c! hoice....Show more

Thurman Buege: Some Italian dressing is Vegan--many have Parmesan cheese in it.I don't know about the Vegan blue cheese though--There's gotta be a way to either make or buy it.
