The closest you would get is Virgin Mobile's texter's delight which gives you unlimited text/pic/video/im and email for 19.99 plus tax/service charges. Talk time is as needed at 10 cents a minute. $30 topup should cover it at the beginning including the taxes. If you buy VM and forget to pay the taxes by even a penny, they will NOT give you what you ordered . Always put in extra to make sure.
