Brian Freedland: I think the Sprint/Nextel offer with free incoming calls is the best reliable deal. But if you want the ultra cheapest, you can get around $9.99 from some no-name company for about 200 minutes a month. As for cell phone, most services give you a free cell phone.
Amada Greising: I work for U.S. Cellular and the cheapest regular contractual plan we have is 30 dollars for 300 minutes. you could get a prepaid plan too for 25 dollars and 100 minutes, if you don't want the contract. You won't find many other companies much cheaper cause all the companies do enough spying on each other they stay pretty well competitive. Plus Sprint/Nextel stole our idea of free incoming calls we've had it for years now and they just got it.
Phil Kuarez: I have Virgin Mobile. I got the Phone as a gift but they have many different prices to choose from. I top up every 3 months or when my acct gets down to $5. No charge for incoming calls ! either. It depends how much you use the cell phone. Virgin Mobile also has different plans to choose fro. I am completely satisfied with it!!!
